Creating “Socho” is deeply personal to me. I’ve always been camera-shy and hesitant to speak in front of large crowds, struggling to articulate my point of view. Thankfully, I had amazing teachers in my professional life who helped me overcome that fear. Through their guidance, I became obsessed with learning how to communicate and express my ideas in a way that truly resonates with people, delivering value through my words.

I dove into storytelling, realizing it’s the key to how we humans connect and remember ideas. Now, I’m starting by telling the stories of psychologists and teaching “The Psychology Book” in my own words. It’s an experiment—an effort to see if I can achieve what I’ve set out to do. Only time will tell.
